OAT provides “a day in the life” for each of its tours. Ours was spent at the Cascino family farm outside of Noto, near Castelluccio, where we enjoyed stories about the family, helped to prepare bread, ricotta cheese, milked a cow, watched the pigs and chickens, walked on the property, and shared lunch with the family.
