English Harbour is filled with yachts, some readying for Antigua Sailing Week later in the year. As well, the harbor is the endpoint of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, an ocean rowing event, with rowers leaving from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Nelson’s Dockyard in Antigua, a distance of more than 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean.
